- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- cooked rice
- can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted - 1 oz
- jar process cheese spread - 1 oz
How to make broccoli-rice casserole:
Combine broccoli with onion and cook as directed on broccoli package; drain. Combine vegetables with margarine, rice, cheese spread and mushroom soup. Pour mixture into a greased shallow 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Rice.
