brown sugar - 1 c
butter - 1/3 c
melted butter - 1/3 c

mashed, cooked sweet potatoes - 3 c
coconut optional - 1 c
orange juice or milk - 1/2 c

How to make special sweet potato casserole:

Bake at 350° about 30 minutes, just until top is crusty and casserole is hot all the way through.
