Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- coconut - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- stick oleo - 1 item
- box German cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Spray 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour nuts and coconut in pan; set aside. Prepare cake mix and pour over pecans. In separate bowl, cream together cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla. Drop by teaspoons over batter. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
