  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • coconut - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • box German cake mix - 1 item

How to make earthquake cake:

Spray 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour nuts and coconut in pan; set aside. Prepare cake mix and pour over pecans. In separate bowl, cream together cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla. Drop by teaspoons over batter. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
