  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 5 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • water - 3/4 c
  • honey - 1/2 c
  • whole wheat flour - 1 c
  • small curd cottage cheese - 1 c
  • oats - 1/2 c
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c
  • fast rising yeast - 2 Tbsp

How to make high protein bread:

Heat water, honey and butter until warm. Add cottage cheese. Then add to dry mix. Add eggs. Add nuts last. Let rise until double in size. Make out 2 large loaves. Let rise one time. Make loaves again and let rise a second time. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
