How to make broccoli cornbread:
Thaw, but do not cook, the broccoli. Mix with onion, cottage cheese, eggs, oil, salt and muffin mix. Pour in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Serve hot, cut into squares. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, Broccoli.
