- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- margarine or butter - 1/2 tsp
- Velveeta cheese - 3/4 1
- cottage cheese - 8 oz
- bunch broccoli, cooked, cut and drained - 1 item
- to 1 head cauliflower, cooked, cut and drained - 1/2 item
How to make broccoli cauliflower casserole:
Beat eggs; add flour, butter and cottage cheese. Pour in casserole dish. Layer veggies over mixture. Cover with the Velveeta cheese strips. Bake uncovered at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
