Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- cans water chestnuts - 2 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 pkg
- boxes frozen broccoli - 2 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Thaw broccoli and place in baking dish. Pour both soups over broccoli. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain water chestnuts and pour over soup. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over water chestnuts. Crush 1 or 2 tubes of Ritz crackers and sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
