  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can water - 1/2 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • cooked rice
  • dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • to 6 skinless chicken breasts - 4 item

How to make chicken casserole:

Place chicken and place in 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle rice over chicken. In a bowl, mix together soups and water. Pour over chicken and rice. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top. Cover tight with foil. Cook at 375° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
