- seasoned salt - 1 item
- butter or shortening - 2 Tbsp
- unpeeled potatoes - 1 item
How to make homemade hash browns:
Chop unpeeled potatoes into small pieces. (I use my blender.) Melt butter or shortening in skillet. Pour a layer of potatoes in pan and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cook on medium. Keep mashed with spatula. Turn heat up and brown on both sides when fully cooked.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Potato.
