Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- margarine - 2 tsp
- Velveeta cheese - 3/4 c
- onions, chopped - 1/4 c
- mushroom soup - 1 c
- boxes frozen broccoli - 2 item
- approximately 20 crushed Ritz crackers
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli; add margarine. Cook onions in water. Melt cheese, soup and milk until creamy (over low heat). Mix softened onions with cream sauce. Pour broccoli in casserole dish; pour onion/cheese sauce over it and crush crackers over top. Bake at 3Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
