Broccoli and cauliflower casserole
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese - 1 c
- butter flavoring - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- frozen broccoli - 2 pkg
- frozen cauliflower - 1 pkg
How to make broccoli and cauliflower casserole:
Cook vegetables until tender. Drain well and put in greased 7 x 12-inch pan. Combine soup and cheese and cook until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Place over vegetables. Combine melted butter and flavoring with crumbs. Place on top. Bake at 350° until light brown and bubbly.This can be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen. If frozen, take out of freezer one hour before baking.
