Ingredients/Components

  • oleo
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • frozen broccoli - 1 pkg
  • cooked rice
  • jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
  • celery, finely chopped - 1/2 c
  • onions, finely chopped - 1/2 c

How to make broccoli casserole:

Cook broccoli as directed on package. Saute onions and celery in oleo. Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
