- 8 oz - 2 c
- finely chopped onion - 1/3 c
- can condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- corn flake crumbs - 1/4 c
- bag frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 (16
How to make potatoes au gratin:
Combine all ingredients, except crumbs. Mix lightly. Pour into 1-quart casserole and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
