  • eggs - 3 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • shredded sharp cheese - 2 c
  • onion optional - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper season to taste - 1 item
  • box frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli - 1 item

How to make broccoli casserole:

Cook broccoli as directed. Mix eggs, mayonnaise and cheese together. Fold into broccoli. Put into baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
