Broccoli and rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen, chopped broccoli - 1 pkg
- Minute rice uncooked - 1 c
How to make broccoli and rice casserole:
Cook broccoli according to directions on package and drain. Combine other ingredients and pour mixture in greased casserole and refrigerate overnight. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350°. Double recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, White rice.
