Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 8 oz
- boxes frozen broccoli - 2 item
- 36 Town House/Ritz crackers - 1 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli and drain. Melt 1/2 stick of margarine with the cheese. Crush crackers in a plastic bag. Put 1/2 of the cracker crumbs in butter and cheese mixture. Pour over broccoli. Put the remainder of the cracker crumbs in the remaining butter (melted) and sprinkle over broccoli. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
