Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- chopped onion - 4 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sharp grated cheese - 1 c
- crushed crackers - 1/2 1
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli for 5 minutes in boiling, salted water. Drain well. Combine all but crackers, 1/2 of cheese and margarine. Pour broccoli mixture in bowl. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup of cheese. Then on top of cheese, sprinkle with crackers and dot with margarine. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
