Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- butter, melted - 1/2 stick
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 to
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- bag cornbread stuffing - 1/2 item
- boxes frozen, chopped broccoli, well drained - 2 oz
How to make broccoli casserole:
Mix cheese, onion, soup, mayonnaise and eggs well and add broccoli. Pour into baking dish. Brown cornbread stuffing in melted butter and spread over top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until brown and bubbly.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
