Creamy broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1 Tbsp
- soft bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- frozen broccoli, cooked and drained - 2 pkg
How to make creamy broccoli casserole:
In a bowl, beat eggs. Add soup, mayonnaise, pecans and onion. Stir in broccoli. Pour into a greased 2-quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Cheese, Casseroles.
