- eggs - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- frozen broccoli cuts - 2 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli in boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain. Beat eggs slightly. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix together, then add to broccoli. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
