Ingredients/Components
- water
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- frozen broccoli - 1 pkg
- rice - 1 c
- jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
- stick melted margarine - 1/2 item
How to make broccoli and rice casserole:
Thaw broccoli. Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a 1 3/4-quart greased baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 40 minutes, or until lightly browned.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, White rice.
