Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- rice - 1 c
- jar Cheez Whiz - 1 item
- box frozen broccoli, chopped - 1 item
How to make broccoli and rice casserole:
Mix together and cook 15 minutes. Cook 1 cup rice, 1 teaspoon salt in 2 cups water for 15 to 20 minutes. Mix rice and sauce together and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan for 15 to 20 minutes at 300°. Top with cheese, if you desire.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, White rice.
