Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- cans pork and beans - 2 to
- slices bacon, cut in pieces - 6 item
How to make easy baked beans:
Empty 1 can beans into bottom of greased pan. Combine sugar and mustard; sprinkle half of mixture over beans. Sprinkle onion. Top with remaining beans. Sprinkle rest of sugar-mustard mixture, chopped bacon and catsup over beans. Bake, uncovered, in slow oven (325°) for 2 1/2 hours. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Bacon.
