Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Minute rice - 3 c
- frozen broccoli - 1 pkg
- green pepper - 1/2 c
- jar Cheez Whiz - 8 oz
How to make broccoli rice casserole:
Saute onion and green pepper in margarine until light brown. Combine all ingredients and bake in large casserole at 350° for 45 minutes. (Broccoli should be used without thawing).Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Long Grain rice.
