Broccoli and corn scallop
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- can whole kernel corn - 1 oz
How to make broccoli and corn scallop:
Saute onion in 1 tablespoon of butter. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk. Stir constantly until thickened. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Stir in corn and 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Arrange broccoli in an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch dish. Pour cheese sauce over broccoli. Toss remaining crumbs and butter over casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
