  • eggs - 7 item
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • slices bread, cubed - 8 item
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • sausage - 1 lb

How to make breakfast souffle:

Brown and drain sausage. In bowl, mix eggs, milk and seasonings (with wire whisk). Add bread cubes, grated cheese and meat. Stir. Pour into 13 x 9 x 3-inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Serve warm.
