Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 7 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- slices bread, cubed - 8 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make breakfast souffle:
Brown and drain sausage. In bowl, mix eggs, milk and seasonings (with wire whisk). Add bread cubes, grated cheese and meat. Stir. Pour into 13 x 9 x 3-inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Serve warm.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breakfast, Oven.
