Breakfast pizza
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- refrigerator crescent rolls
- frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 c
- pork sausage - 1 lb
How to make breakfast pizza:
Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Unroll crescent roll dough. Separate into 8 triangles. Arrange over bottom and up side of 12-inch pizza pan; seal edges. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes and cheese.Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in mixer bowl until smooth. Pour over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
