Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- stick butter, melted - 1/4 item
- Ritz crackers, crushed
- pepper - 1 tsp
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- 1/2 sticks butter, melted - 1 item
- grated cheese Cheddar - 8 oz
How to make hash brown casserole:
Topping:2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed1/4 stick butter, melted Mix all ingredients together and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix Ritz crackers and butter together. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Can be mixed together the night before and add topping before baking.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
