Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • stick butter, melted - 1/4 item
  • Ritz crackers, crushed
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • diced onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • frozen hash browns - 2 lb
  • 1/2 sticks butter, melted - 1 item
  • grated cheese Cheddar - 8 oz

How to make hash brown casserole:

Topping:2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed1/4 stick butter, melted Mix all ingredients together and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix Ritz crackers and butter together. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Can be mixed together the night before and add topping before baking.
