Ingredients/Components
- milk
- beaten eggs - 5 item
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Swiss cheese - 1/2 c
- mushrooms - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- sausage - 1 lb
- to 8 slices cubed white bread - 6 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Grease 13 x 9-inch pan. Put bread in bottom; sprinkle cooked, crumbled sausage over bread. Add cheese and mushrooms. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over bread mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
