Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- finely chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- crabmeat - 3/4 c
- finely chopped celery - 1 tsp
- slices bread, crumbled - 6 item
- large raw shrimp, cleaned and deveined - 3 doz
- flour and cracker meal - 1 item
How to make stuffed shrimp:
Saut?© onion, pepper and celery in butter until tender. Soak bread in milk; blend thoroughly and add salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Split raw shrimp almost in half. Leave tail on shrimp.
