Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- crushed cornflakes - 2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- bacon, cooked - 2 c
- slices white bread no crusts - 8 item
How to make breakfast bake:
Butter bread and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Top with bacon (can substitute sausage or a vegetable) and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour into dish.
