Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- brick sausage - 1 lb
- slices bread, with crusts removed - 6 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Brown sausage over medium heat. Crumble and drain off fat. Spread bread with oleo. Cut into cubes. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.Combine rest of ingredients in small bowl; beat well. Pour over bread. Chill 8 hours. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
