Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- raisins - 1 c
How to make bread pudding:
Place toast in baking dish. Sprinkle with raisins. Mix eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, cinnamon and milk together well. Pour over raisin-topped bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375° for 50 to 60 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, American.
