Ingredients/Components

• oil
• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour, sifted - 3 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• apples, chopped - 3 c
• nuts, chopped - 1 c
• coconut - 1 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix first 4 ingredients well. Mix dry ingredients and add to first mixture. Mix well. Add nuts and coconut. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
