  • caraway seed - 1/2 tsp
  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • crushed basil - 1 tsp

How to make boursin cheese:

Soften cheese and butter. Cream together. Add garlic and herbs and cream together. May be served as a soft spread or refrigerated and made into a ball.
