Ingredients/Components

  • butter, softened - 1/2 c
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
  • dry Italian dressing - 1 tsp
  • creamed cheese, softened - 1 c
  • finely minced white onions - 2 tsp

How to make boursin cheese:

Cream butter and cream cheese, then blend garlic into mixture. Add onion and dry Italian dressing; mix well. Blend in milk. Serve at room temperature.
