- olive oil - 1/8 c
- tomato juice - 3/4 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- garlic clove, crushed - 1 item
- large tomatoes, cut up - 3 item
- cucumber, cut up - 1 item
- small onion, cut up - 1 item
- small green pepper, cut up - 1 item
How to make blender gazpacho:
