Blender gazpacho
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- salad oil - 3 Tbsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- Tabasco sauce - 1/2 tsp
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cucumber, peeled and chopped - 1 item
- V-8 juice can use spicy V-8, if desired - 4 c
How to make blender gazpacho:
Blend thoroughly in blender or food processor. Chill at least 2 hours. Top each serving with a dollop of sour cream. Serves nine 2/3-cup servings.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Onions, Peppers.
