  • water - 2 c
  • whipping cream - 1 c
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • dry sherry - 1/2 c
  • can claw crabmeat - 1 oz
  • dried leek soup mix - 1 pkg

How to make crab soup:

Dissolve soup mix in water. Add crab liquid and whipping cream. Simmer 20 minutes. Stir in crabmeat and wine. Heat. Serve warm.
