- sweet sausage - 1 lb
- celery, cut in 1/2-inch pieces - 2 c
- cans tomatoes - 2 oz
- salt - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- oregano - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch - 2 lb
- green peppers, chopped - 2 item
- water - 2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
How to make italian sausage zucchini soup:
Brown sausage and cut in 1-inch pieces. Place sausage in large pot. Add onion, tomatoes and all seasonings. Simmer 20 minutes. Add zucchini, celery, pepper and water. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with cheese when you serve.Recipe categories: Low protein, Soups & stews, Meat.
