Ingredients/Components
- ground beef
- onions chopped - 2 med
- cans Griffin Black-Eyed Peas
- can tomato sauce
- can Rotel-diced - 1 item
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- chili powder - 3 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- jar cheez whiz
How to make black-eyed pea dip:
Brown ground beef and onion in skillet, add seasonings. Stir in tomato sauce, Rotel and peas. Simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat or 2 hours in crock pot. Stir in pimentos and cheese whiz just before removing from heat.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese.
