Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- chocolate chips - 1 pkg
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- egg unbeaten - 1 item
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Second Bowl:1 1/2 c. flour1/2 c. oil1 c. sugar1 Tbsp. vinegar1/2 c. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. soda1 c. sugar First Bowl: Cream first 4 ingredients; stir in chocolate chips and set aside.Second Bowl: Blend well. Fill cupcake papers 1/3 full with chocolate mixture; top with 1 heaping spoonful of cheese mix. Top with chopped walnuts and sugar before baking. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 20 to 22 cupcakes.
