Ingredients/Components

• apple cider - 2 qt
• cranberry juice - 1 qt
• orange juice - 1 pt
• lemon juice - 1 c
• sugar - 2 c
• allspice - 2 tsp
• whole cloves - 10 item
• sticks cinnamon - 4 item

How to make hot wassail:

Put the liquid in bottom of a 30-cup percolator. Put the spices and sugar in the top. Let perk. Makes about 1 gallon.
