Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- egg - 1 item
- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- flour
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Sift the flour, adding the sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Fill cupcake liners with 1/3 batter. Add spoonful cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cupcakes.
