  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • egg - 1 item
  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 1 c
  • flour
  • cocoa - 1/4 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • water - 1 c
  • oil - 1/3 c
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp

How to make black bottom cupcakes:

Sift the flour, adding the sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Fill cupcake liners with 1/3 batter. Add spoonful cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
