Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- blueberries - 2 c
- flour unsifted - 2 c
How to make blueberry cake:
Cream margarine with sugar; add eggs and beat well. Add flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg alternating with milk, but ending with flour mixture. Fold in 2 cups blueberries (which have been floured from part of 2 cups). Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, mixed.
