Ingredients/Components
- cumin - 1/4 tsp
- can black beans, drained - 1 oz
- chopped fresh cilantro - 1/4 c
- freshly squeezed lime juice - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green chilies optional - 1 item
- jar hot or medium Mexican style salsa - 1 oz
How to make black bean salsa:
In food processor or blender, roughly chop the beans. Be careful not to puree them. Stir in all the ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Serve with corn chips or sliced vegetables. Makes about 3 cups.Recipe categories: Sauces, Dips, Salsas.
