Beer soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- minced garlic - 1 item
- beer - 1/2 c
- sliced green onions optional - 1 item
- Velveeta, cubed - 1 lb
- Parkay stick - 1 Tbsp
- hot sauce few drops - 1 item
How to make beer soup:
Cook and stir 1/2 cup onion, garlic and Parkay in a large saucepan on medium-high heat until tender. Reduce to medium-low heat. Add Velveeta cheese, milk, beer, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted and soup is hot.
