Ingredients/Components

  • melted butter - 1 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • beer - 1 c
  • jar Cheese Whiz - 1 item
  • corn starch - 1-1/2 Tbsp
  • mustard prepared - 1/2 tsp

How to make beer and cheese fondue:

Combine first 4 ingredients, add beer, heat and stir until thickened. Turn off heat and add cheese. Return to medium heat stirring constantly until all cheese is melted. Turn heat to low and serve.
