Beer and cheese fondue
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- beer - 1 c
- jar Cheese Whiz - 1 item
- corn starch - 1-1/2 Tbsp
- mustard prepared - 1/2 tsp
How to make beer and cheese fondue:
Combine first 4 ingredients, add beer, heat and stir until thickened. Turn off heat and add cheese. Return to medium heat stirring constantly until all cheese is melted. Turn heat to low and serve.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
