Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 3 c
- can warm beer or non-alcoholic beer - 1 oz
How to make beer bread:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a loaf pan and line with a strip of wax paper. Grease the paper. Place the flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. While beating, add the beer slowly. Mix until smooth. Pour batter into loaf pan and top with the melted butter. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
