Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chicken, cooked and chopped - 3 lb
How to make chicken pie:
Put chicken in 8-inch square baking dish. Pour butter over chicken. Heat soup and broth until boiling. Pour over chicken. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Blend in milk. Spread over chicken. Bake in a 425° oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until brown.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
